What your first visit includes
Plan on about two hours. The first hour is a health history and counseling: what has been going on, what you have already tried, how you eat and sleep, and what is stressing the system. The second hour is your first treatment. Follow-up visits are shorter. More detail is on what to expect.
Care is more than needles. You spend about one hour a week in the clinic. The plan covers the rest of the week too: food, sleep, stress and habits.
